In this course, you will explore the possible dangers that exist online, and methods to avoid them. You will explore online safety and the facts, figures, and resources related to this subject. You will have the opportunity to learn techniques to represent yourself in a digital format by using avatars, and you will soar to new heights using blogs to connect with parents, peers, colleagues, and students. The strategies and tools shared in this course will help engage you in the process of creating a safe online environment for yourself and your students.

This 10 hour course is available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, in a self-paced learning format. Educators and professionals searching for 21st Century tools and looking for positive initiatives for their classrooms and schools will take away strategies and tools which will ensure and enable online safety.
