This interactive course is designed to increase educators' capacities to interact with students of diverse backgrounds. It is enriched with dramatic reenactment scenarios, hands-on activities, expert video commentary, choice or consequences activities, readings, an online discussion board, and a personalized action plan. It requires participants to think deeply about concepts of race, culture, effective communications, anti-bullying, diversity, bias, and inclusiveness and how to integrate these concepts into classrooms.
